Iddings Trucking, Inc. is always interested in leasing experienced, professional owner-operators driving late model tractors with sleepers. The owner-operator has been the mainstay in the company's philosophy since it was formed. Owner-operators receive a percentage of the gross revenue of the load.

Owner-operators pulling dump trailers must furnish their own wet-line. Dump trailers are available for owner-operators without one. The company supplies PTO blowers for those owner-operators pulling pneumatic tanks. The company also provides pneumatic tank trailers.

Regional drivers are home almost every night, and over the road drivers are usually out for only one or two nights at a time.
